Change Of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our care packs and gift products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and contents before placing an order.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Once reviewed, we will work with you to reach an appropriate outcome, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Missing Orders
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
