Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing & Dispatch Times
We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before our daily cut-off time on business days.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotional events, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's journey directly through Australia Post.
Gift Deliveries
Sending a Luxe Care Pack as a gift? No problem.
Simply enter your recipient's shipping details at checkout and we'll deliver the order directly to their door.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at luxecarepacks@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed Or Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
